Totally unacceptable I ordered and paid for helicopter for child at chinagrabber.com. The payment was confirmed, on my order status it shows as shipped and should have been arrived, but they did not send me anything. I didn't received it at all and although I asked for a response, I didn't receive a straight answer. Their answers are ambiguous just to make me believe it is a fraud. They ROBBED ME!

Progress They could not have been more helpful - so I think I can put an excellent mark.

CHINESE FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst thing I have ever done is buying a mobil phone - FROM CHINA The are swindlers, I Nrecieved a mobil without a IMEI NUMBER. They do not react on mail corrospondance. NEVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH CHINA!!!!!!! Mogens Voetmann

stay away!!!! I have order a tablet from chinagrabber 3 months ago and I have paid extra for express delivery. 2 months later and after long and futile discussions with them,they couldn't or they wouldn't tell my anything about where was my order.So I contacted paypal and opened a dispute and then got my money back.So, stay away...
