Honesty in profiles! I found a lot of members in my age range were not honest in their profile pictures…. Or their physical descriptions. Several women I met for coffee/lunch showed profile pictures years earlier than their actual age and their physical description, slim or athletic, was simply a stretch of the act of truth and honesty. It takes time to start a conversation, only to find out when face to face…. It was a waste of time and money!

Zoosk is deceptive with fakeprofiles Just signed up and in one week easy to tell almost all the attractive people are fake profiles. Not a single response from any email. I even suspect they hire people to respond to live communication with fake profiles while online. Save your money please.

I had a massive difficulty in finding how to complain, as there is nothing on the app to help you. When I did I was assured that it had been fixed- it hadn’t!! So, as I could not access any dates I asked for my money to be refunded and was merely pointed to how to cancel my renewal-which I’d already done. Poor in so many ways, pity!

Zoosk is too financially driven to start with. They could easily offer a prize to singles signing up for first time and are not totally sure that they want a membership!
