Excellent customer service! I ordered this doll for our TV show use. It was a very last minute decision, we decided on Thursday and needed it on Tuesday. I talked to Isaac, he immediately started arranging things for me. He kept updating me the status of it everyday. The doll finally arrived at our local airport on Tuesday. I went to pick it up myself, it's all good! The best thing is the doll incredibly pretty, like a piece of art. Our crew was checking where did I get the doll. I'm very happy with this purchase and Isaac really helped me out in this show. I will come back to him again. Thanks guys!

i ordered an in stock doll at this site,!!! i ordered an in stock doll at this site on the 5th of this month, and now after numerous attempts to get ahold of them, can't call the number as it is not in service, then after almost a week and a half i got a tracking number, but to my shock this doll is not in stock in the u.s but is coming from mainland china, these people are outright liars and scammers, supported by the site"the doll forum".

Do not buy from this company Do not buy from this company! They are terrible! Nothing came together! All items came weeks apart from each other. The couch they sell for $450.00 stained and ruined my doll. One of the hip joints wont stay in place, just falls over when I try to place it in a position. They still have not sent me the correct key to lock the couch after over 6 months. As for the doll...its not made with proportions you can angle as a normal human body would, the anal cavity is about 2 inchs away from the vaginal cavity...sloppy construction and not well made. AVOID! AVOID!

Great customer service Great customer service, communication and speed, quick and attentive service from SSD. Doll is outstanding, very soft and looks perfect but i am perplexed as to how to operate the sound function. other than that, right on :)
