GBWhats going on 1. I see £95.88 on my bank statement from an mbi-probiller. What is this? (I can tell you the year is 2020, I do not pay for pornography). 2. I do some research and see many others have had issues and this website is clearly a payment mediator for porn websites. Hmmmmm... 3. I check my email accounts. Somehow my googlemail account, connected to my current card, has signed up for a premium account on ph. So, for safety reasons I immediately cancel and change all passwords. 4. I contact mbi-probilling who were notoriously hard to contact. What was even more interesting/curious was the initial message/warning in the virtual chatbox (I will upload here). It claimed that they were receiving a higher than normal influx of messages from pornhub users and suggested that if I hadn't entered any credit card info 1) ) just quit the chatbox, and any free premium would end without charges (very curious), or 2) if I had entered a 7-day trial, and entered card information (I didn't), I could unsubscribe through my account to avoid extra charges (not particularly helpful). 5: so, I stay in the chat and eventually got joined by a representative... I would like to post what transpired below incase it helps somebody else get money back from a similar situation. The situation has potentially been resolved (I will know after 7-10 days) but I won't believe it until I see the money back in my account. There is absolutely no way I signed up for this. It must have been a case of a stolen google password or god knows what. For some reason premium was activated on a google email pornhub account that I never use. I have just cancelled it but still...£95, 88!! - can you please get this money back to me. I saw in a previous chat window that you are having a high volume of messages from pornhub users. Is this because a scam is going on??

GBI contacted the billing service for… I contacted the billing service for PornHublive the same day that the transactions were made. I explained what had transpired and assured me that nothing would be changed to my account and all transactions associated with my card were terminated before they were even processed. Well that didn't happen and I was charged almost 50 dollars, had to cancel my card pay 5.99 for a rush replacement card it was a debit and now I'm have to go through master card to try to get reimbursed. Luckily I took a screenshot of the entire conversation and his company name as well as his personal name. Now I'm waiting on Mastercard to do an investigation. Who knows how long it will be. All he had to do was cancel, it wasn't even processed yet. Unbelievable. User's recommendation: *** no. Please make this site more difficult to enter because minor aged children are getting into the site. I have charges since August that I do not approve of labeled MBI Probiller. I was told it was under a pornhub membership under an email Identical to mine just with different numbers. I have only one email account and they are going through my card and a different email. I need the charges removed
