Poor communication They didnt have the item requested and substituted without asking me. There was a difference in pricing and when I called asking to be refunded the difference the manager said they would refund it. The refund was not received.

Every since the first time I ordered… Every since the first time I ordered from them it's been great customer service, on time delivery and they call to verify. This was my 3rd time ordering from them. I love this store. They have a new loyal customer. 🥰

Discrete & Defective I loved the quick, delivery service. It was by far the coolest thing, got a 9 inch shloong delivered right to my door in 15 mins. The packaging was discrete in a brown bag, almost like a packed lunch. The only problem was when I got home and charged up the w a n k e r it only lasted 20 mins, it killed my whole vibe. So I charged it up again, the light turns off only ten minutes in of charging and I'm convinced it's defective. So long story short I went back to get another one and now it's just sitting in my room still in it's packaging and I'm over it. I appreciate being able to get another one at no cost, but I will never buy another Adam and Eve product.
