CANot a pleasant experience I bought a package and soon realized it was an online fraud and I lost my money! their customer service is tribble! Don't waste your money! ‐------------- Their reply is correct. I bought on Dec 09 and received on Dec 29. Lots of emails and follow-ups. I thought I lost both package and my money but after a month, finally I received it. Wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

DKGreat American sextoy company with a good customer service I had originally ordered and paid for a product from Healthy & Active's online catalogue through Amazon UK. I was surprised when the product came with an attached importtax since I had thought that the UK was inside the EU tarrif barrier. So I decided to at first return the product since I found the income tax not ok. A friendly representative at DHL reminded me that the U.K. left the EU two years ago which I somewhat remembered but there was no reminder about it when making a purchase on the Amazon UK website. Well, now I know it is that way each time I order through them. To get the product returned, and the amount paid refunded took several days of communication with first DHL next Healthy & Active. Finally, I was able to get both the product back to the U.S., and my money refunded. I appreciate the fast and reliable customer service at Healthy and Active. You are far away in the United States, and I am all the way over here. But your kind and sincere customercare has been heartwarming. I give you 5 stars here on Trustpilot.com. I will be back soon to order directly from you which makes it much easier to remember that there always is an incometax attached on orders from the USA.

GBWatch out for the penis pumps!!… I called in Monday 2/5 before 1pm and auto system said you were closed. I followed prompts to go to online orders and was on hold for 40 minutes even though system kept saying there were zero callers ahead of me. Totally unacceptable system!! Today they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee for a penis pump which almost tore my penis off at the lowest setting and didn’t release right away. Per my insistence they finally waived the restocking fee and I thought they should have provided pre paid shipping but they wouldn’t I still like this company and most of their products and I will place another order once I get my store credit!!!
