Great product. Indifferent handling. Product is perfect, exactly what I was looking for and is discontinued, out of stock everywhere. Communication was ZERO. I waited a few days, figuring it was OOS here like everywhere else, and ordered bits and pieces from available vendors to put one together, having not heard even a recognition from Backwoods. Kit from Backwoods and others arrived a day apart. Product is five stars. Buying experience is reason for 3 star review. Have lots of spare parts now.

The interaction with this company was… The interaction with this company was comforting. I placed an order and they returned an email to confirm that i actually ordered it and not some computer. They strive to complete customer satisfaction. They allowed me to add additional purchases during the call. Shipping was exceptionally quick. I have saved the site for future purchases. This was my first dealing with this company. I purchase from many other company's but i always return to those who treat me good.

Buyer beware Ordered a handguard did not receive a confirmation email. Sent a request via their info@ backwoodsports.com and was sent message can not be delivered. Link does not work. So called them and guy says tech guy will call me back shortly. 4 hrs later I get call and he says my order was mixed up with fraud orders and he will get it fixed and sent out. 6 days later I get my handguard. Never again lesson learned buyer beware
