GBThe best customer service that I have ever experienced! I have to take the time to leave a review because Sherry was the kindest and most patient assistant with me during the making of my new Torso. there were two torsos that were almost identical, except for the skin tone and vagina color. Subsequently, I mixed them up and ordered the wrong colors. When Sherry sent me the pictures of my new Torso, I was surprised because the skin tones weren’t correct. After a lot of excellent communication, we discovered that I ordered from the wrong listing and Sherry corrected everything within minutes. They are already producing the correct torso and they were so kind and helpful in finding where I went wrong with my order. I have never had customer service like this anywhere. I am here to say that you should order with confidence because you are in great hands with the staff here. I just can’t believe how kind and helpful they are. I’m so excited for the new torso they are creating for me. I’ll leave another review after seeing my new torso as well. Rosemary Torso is the best there is!! I vouch for them because I have experienced their customer service and it’s # 1.

GB10/10 Rosemary deserves 10 stars for their customer service. When you order from them a representative will contact you through email, this is a real person that will answer your questions and give you updates in a timely manner. You will be able to directly communicate with this same person throughout the whole process. Rosemary will do everything within reason to make you a happy and returning customer up to and including sending replacement product free of any cost to you, this is a big deal because shipping these dolls is very costly. Unfortunately I ran into a problem with my doll and they didn't hesitate to remedy the issue. These dolls are the real deal at very competitive prices. After discovering Rosemary I have realized that these folks are the best in the business and I have zero reason to shop anywhere else for dolls. Thanks Rosemary!

GBIt took a little while to arrive and… It took a little while to arrive and I’m not real pleased with the vaginal opening but I didn’t do my research so I won’t give them bad marks it’s not Amazon
