GBI’ve only had it for 30 minutes I’ve only had it for 30 minutes, but end up deleting it after I found out that I can’t really do much on it without a subscription. even though I didn’t get to really enjoy tha full experience, the Customer Service was top-tier. I’ve never experienced such an amazing helper.. shout out to Kayla!! I swear if your customer service person isn’t good, ask if you can talk to somebody else.. literally just ask them to change you to Kayla. Hopefully they can find her!🫶🏽🤝

GBUnfortunately I had to cancel my… Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription for personal reasons. I will return eventually. I personally feel this is the best sight ever. Its about time that we are recognised as people who are honored and respected and treated with dignity and understanding. I'm old school and still remember when we had to hide who we were out of fear. To sum it all up I'm proud to be a gay man on Taimi and it is a true privilege to have found it. Thank you!

After sharing an experience their customer service agent Annette was very thorough with how to handle any situation moving forward as well and how to keep blocked individuals blocked and updating the app.

AUMy issue waswas resolved quickly and…professionally. My issue was resolved quickly and concisely and took the weight off my shoulders with two detailed questions. Taimi is a real site, well set up, user friendly, and very professional.

GBSupport response I had a simple question that I couldn't find in the FAQ's section so I messaged support. It took a few minutes for them to notify me they were connecting an agent and then just another 1-2 minutes I was talking to a live person. Ani was awesome, quick and well informed response, she answered everything in one message.
