365 öppet köp complete lie Awful customer service. Too slow and weird conditions. They say they have 365 days “öppet köp”. Complete lie. Fooling us customers. Shouldn’t be difficult to change size of a product, especially selling kids clothes. I have been a customer for couple of years, have purchased many items for both kids room, kids toys, bicycles, furniture, baby products and bags. -furnitures in general either missing a piece or extremely difficult to assemble (spjälsäng, kids chair) due to bad quality screws and wood. -purchased a bike, 2 reflexes came broken. I did not dare to create reclamation due to being it super difficult -lastly purchased a luggage and impossible to change size!! This was the last tipping point. Will never purchase from Jollyroom again.
