DHL lost one of my packages and they shipped another one out for me quickly. The process was easy and it didn't take long to resolve it. Contacted me before shipping making sure i was comfortable with the order, contacted me once shipped, contacted me when it made it to th U.S. And contacted me once delivered. Then contacted me asking if i was satisfied with the order. Was there anything missing, any damages, anything that i disliked. But everything was perfect! I put in an order on a Saturday , and they were closed for the new year but as soon as they got back in office two days later my order was packed and shipped. Provided shipping details on Tuesday that says my package will be here on Thursday.
