NGPromt response to request for refund I wrote to customer service requesting for a 50% refund because I was not comfortable with the one month subscription plan charged, I was well attended to and in less than 24 hours funds hit my account and I'm like wow so fast. Indeed kismia is a trusted and reliable site to be. I love this site.

NGmy experience so far on the site has… my experience so far on the site has been excellent though i have not been able to subscribe due to card errors but the response of the customer care is what i find most impressive and now i cannot wait to be a subscribed member, nevertheless i believe they need to upgrade their payment options so there can be different ways to subscribe without having to use card. I will have to say, you guys are doing very great. Keep up the good work. And also, you guys should try as much as you can to get a facial Id of every subscribers, to avoid scam.
