GBUPS delivered my package to the wrong place UPS delivered my package to the wrong place. The picture was not my house. I flied a claim with them and of course it was closed with in an hour with the issue not resolved. So I called, and could not talk to a person. I called Ammunition Depot and a person answered the phone. I told her of my problem. She was very understanding and calmed me down, Then she replaced my order at no cost. I did get my ammo this time. I am a customer for life!

GBThe Good, Bad, & Aggravating What made the experience great was your associate. What once again made it terrible was your checkout process. Several times I have gone to other sites where one doesn’t receive the aggravating “CIM Gateway unable to process” message. You folks really need to dump that system and stop relying on your associates to make things right with those who try very hard to be loyal customers.
