GBcustomer service I called off hours about an order and hung up without leaving a message when realizing that we're closed. Got a call next morning before calling back from Ammunition Depot and the issues was promptly solved. Make me feel very good to be a customer of this company because now days, talking to a real person is rare and this experience has been precious. I will be a customer for life and will share with everyone I know about this grat company.

GBI had a concern -- right before I placed my oder, the online form seemed to have changed my "are shipping and billing addresses the same" setting. I had a concern that the online form had garbled my order; Brittany understood immediately, had my order up on her screen almost before I had rattled off the order number, confirmed that there was no issue that would impede filling the order, and corrected it in Ammunition Depot's records. All with an efficient gracious smile. (The only thing I forgot to request was that someone should fix the online ordering computer code and ensure that a customer who is still in mid-order NOT have their "are shipping and billing addresses the same" setting changed on them, even if they went backward one page in their browser during the construction of their order.)

GBI immediately tried to order that 9mm… I immediately tried to order that 9mm valentines day ammo special with the Nosler projectiles. By the time I finished shopping (it was a long time), that item was gone. Thought your system would reserve an item when it was added to cart. Unfortunately, I missed out.
