Denying me full refund for unused toy... I bought this as a gift for someone and I received it much later than expected so decided to return it for a refund. On their website they claim they will refund you if you return it unused and unopened within 30 days of purchase. They responded by telling me they'd refund me 40%, then 80%, trying to barter with me about the return. Do not buy from this company, they're trying to scam me out of getting my money back and don't honor their website's policies.

And it had good features, but that doesn't matter since it's unusable because of what I found on it. Item arrived obviously used, stained with reddish brown splashes and moldy. I was denied a return or refund even with photos to prove it.

SCAMMERS Placed my order 30 January 2024. Still waiting on tracking information even though I have followed up several times. Now when I follow up I just get an automatic email response saying they are understaffed! I have requested a refund but get no response. Tomorrow I will have the embarrassing conversation with my bank to report the transaction as fraudulent. SCAMMERS!!!!! 😡
