Correcting a mistake When they got my order wrong they went above and beyond to make it right. Was very fast on responding to my complaint and getting my order shipped. Outside of that one order my others were correct and all shipped promptly.

Disappointed in variey pack So I read about condomania online as their large size variety sampler pack was recommended. So I looked it up, and of course, the smaller pack was unavailable. I bought the larger pack for like $30 instead. All of the 30 condoms inside were average to slightly above average size, and none fit. I am not extremely well endowed (under 8 inches if you must know) but nontheless all were too small and tight to fit. Honestly feel pretty ripped off. I refuse to believe what I recieved were the largest comdom sizes available, more like bottom of the barrel ones thrown in a bag.

Great Customer Service Condomania provides great customer service. They clearly care for their customers. And they provide products that you can't always find in stores, such as condoms in sizes that actually fit guys for whom the condoms sold in stores just don't work. I'm a long-time customer and am so grateful for what they do.
