A good experience! KRALE is very customer oriented, in my experience with them. I accidentally placed my order twice and they caught it, cancelling the second order and saving me a big hassle. Ordered over the Easter holidays plus… Ordered over the Easter holidays plus bad weather and destination wilderness and still made it to the middle of nowhere in decent time. As a PCP gun user I bought the CP2 and the PP800 in order to cannibalise the CP2 to improve the PP800 not particularly liking the idea of using up co2 cartridges when air will do jist as well and with more potential power...but I as yet have not done so because they are both fine guns and being surprised at the power offered by the CP2 I have changed my mind. The price of these pistols/pistol-rifle was unbelievably cheap hence the purchase of both and the main points are the quality and accuracy which is really quite impressive, the slugs will go thru the same hole time after time. The only negative is quite amusingly, based on my previous presumption - the small amount of shots from the small air cylinder of the PP800 ...the CP2 on the other hand has plenty from a single cylinder (-: So to sum up, as u will hear from most other Krale customers the order processing and postage times are second to none, the price is also imo unbeatable and the service is efficient.
