GBAvoid, Avoid, Avoid The unlock failed, which is fine and I understood the reasons why. However, getting a refund is like getting blood from a stone. I recieved plenty of professional looking emails asking me to wait xx business days and it will be in my account. This felt kind of reassuring at the start but after the 4th communication I am now of the feeling the refund is never coming. Day light robbery in its purest form!

GBuse your credit card for protection 1.Ordered unlocking code 2. within 24 hours got email that it was unsuccessful and refund will be processed within 5-7days 3. No refund arrived in 10 days 4. after 2nd email from me threatening them with reporting to credit card company for fraudulent transaction, I was allocated case agent "Holy" 5.After additional email from me quoting my credit card provider policy for refund of fraudulent transaction I got bull reply about clerical error (on their side) being the reason for delayed refund.I was asked to provide Paypal email for immediate refund. 6. After additional 24 hour delay I got my refund via Paypal! 7. It took 16 days, number of emails, and raised BP, but got my money back!!! 8. ABSOLUTE SCAM OF THE COMPANY CHANCING THAT FOLK WILL NOT CHASE RETURNS !!!! 9. AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!

IEtotal scam does not work at all total scam does not work at all . this company should be taken off the web . taken over 69e of people under false advertisement. google should remove them as google is an excessory to this fraud. stay well clear of this services .

GBDidn’t realise my phone would need… Didn’t realise my phone would need unlocking with a different sim provider so panicked when couldn’t use phone. These people feed on this, promise you a quick solution for not very much money but in reality do nothing. The fact they don’t take PayPal payments should ring bells as you can get chargebacks if there is a problem. Weird how they’ll offer to refund via PayPal though which has got me worried they’re now trying to scam my PayPal account so have asked why they can’t refund to my card. No reply for the last 4 weeks. What an easy scam to set up, even taking people’s money for a few months and making interest off it. Not holding my breath for a refund but am reluctant to share any other info with them so might swallow it and learn a lesson. My own phone provider (Tesco) actually did it free and pretty quick anyway so you don’t need these people.

GBBAD BUSINESS FOR SURE! Man I wish I would have checked the reviews first...got the email saying sorry can't unlock and refund will be 3-5 days ok I waited 6 and contacted them then they said oh SAM will be handling your issues and if u haven't gotten it in a couple days contact us...waited another 2 days sent them email they said oh it's issues on our refund department verify PayPal email and it only takes 12 hrs to refund...verified PayPal and wouldn't u guess it no refund and they no longer respond to my emails..SCAMMERS
