GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. The technician Ahmed came out to repair my washer. He completely destroyed my washer leaving worse then what it was before. Would not return phone calls. Was supposed to install a motherboard for my washer, left wires disconnected. Was supposed to return did not he just disappeared . Do not use this company. I only used this company because I home warranty company sent them

GBIf I could provide a negative start… If I could provide a negative start rating it would be great. This is a very unprofessional and unrealizable company, the warranty company I had referred them to us unfortunately so if you are seeing this review please do not do business with them unless you want to wait a very long time for your dryer to be repair. The technician that came out did not explained what was the issue with the dryer he only mention that parts need to be order which will take about 7-10 days to arrive. I have been trying to contact them after the 10 period mark passed and all I get is their voicemail machine. I have left 3 voicemail requesting an update but no phone call has been returned. I still do not have a functioning dryer and I had to contact my warranty company to request another contractor.

GBIf I could give negative stars… If I could give negative stars (which they deserve) I would. Had service assigned with this company through my warranty company early April. They came to diagnose the problem, and couldn’t get the dryer to turn on. They told me they would submit their report and would know something in 4-5 business days. In the 2.5 weeks since my appointment with ER appliance repair I have not received any updates from ER appliance LLC , they have not returned any of my calls requesting an update. And they did not update the warranty company with the diagnostic report. And might I add that one of the major problems with my dryer (that I discovered on my own) is the breaker was tripped causing it not to come on. Basic problem solving should have told the repair person to check the breaker. I would strongly discourage you all from using this service provider. They have not provided the quality of service that customers deserve and the customers are the ones that are left in a bind.

GBTHE WORST APPLIANCE COMPANY UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT MY WARRANTY COMPANY SENT OUT TO REPAIR MY 2 APPLIANCES. ER APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO USE. THEIR TECHNICIAN AHMAD LUQMAN, COMPLETELY MISDIAGNOSED MY DISHWASHER AND WASHING MACHINE. INITIALLY MY WARRANTY COMPANY DENIED MY CLAIM DUE TO THE LOUSY REPORT WRITTEN BY THEIR COMPANY. THEIR TECHNICIAN WAS UNEDUCATED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERSTANDING OF MY FIVE YEAR OLD APPLIANCES. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS SO BAD, THAT A MANAGER FROM FAHW CALLED ME. HE SAID THAT THE REPORT DIDN'T MAKE SENSE. LONG STORY SHORT, I HAD MY APPLIANCES REPAIRED BY AN EXPERIENCED COMPANY. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT IF YOU WANT YOUR APPLIANCES REPAIRED.
