Victor is the best - he responds quickly to set up an appt., stays in touch re: the ETA and is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind and considerate. If a part is very costly, his advice is to consider alternative options rather than paying the higher cost on an older model. We highly recommended him and were fortunate to have found him when we started with his services in 2023.
