
Customer One Man Wireless
FRDid not provide hardware unlock I had a Samsung device that needed hardware unlocking that Samsung's own customer support drove me in circles trying to acquire. The One Man Wireless site said "All level codes (NCK and MCK) will be provided. We will provide the Defreeze (MCK/PCK) code so you can unlock a device that needs it as well". In the end I was only provided with the network (NCK) code. I emailed One Man Wireless a few times to ask about it but never got a response. Would not have had a problem if the site itself didn't imply both codes would be sent. Two stars because I was provided a proper NCK code within the time frame. If network unlocking is all you need it should be fine.

GBSo I was skeptic..but what the heck it… So I was skeptic..but what the heck it wasn't too costly so I gave it a try.. response time was fast.. unfortunately it did not solve my problem.. their response was fast and immediately offered a refund or try to find the needed "defreeze" code.. told me it would take 24-48 hours... true to their word the code arrived and solved the problem... so simply put..fast efficient and ethical!!.. thanks

GBNo Regrets! After dealing with Xfinity for a week trying to activate a new line and giving me the wrong NCK I was desperate. I took a chance with OneManWireless based on chat pages. No Regrets!! Thank you so much, my kiddo can now have his phone.

GBAT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G "Unpaid" Requested an unlock for my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G on AT&T. Not "out-of-contract" or fully paid off, I was very skeptical for success especially since the phone was so new but OneManWireless prevailed! Submitted my order and roughly 6 hours later I received my code(s), popped in an out of network SIM, entered the NCK when prompted and VOILA! Very satisfied customer here! 100% recommendation for OMW! Thanks guys! 😊

GBTook a little longer than hoped but it worked. Initially received a code that didn't work. However, they worked to get me a second code that did unlock my phone. Had to wait a couple more days but it was a hell of a lot better than working with AT&T and Samsung. Just know that they will keep trying.
