Any Macbook sold directly by apple can't be unlocked(which is the majority). The nasty bit is that the second report contains the iCloud lock status, so you don't actually need to buy the first report to know if your Macbook can be unlocked. The instructions are clearly set up to encourage you to pay for both reports, even though in most cases you won't be able to unlock the Macbook. So basicly I paid 8 dollars when I could have paid 4 to find out my macbook can't be unlocked. iCloud unlocking is dodgy, so expect dodgy people/websites.
