Excellent staff and selection i purchased a the laser machine from the REWA shop and i have never been so satisfied with a supplier for my repair shop, the laser machine is a delight to use not only for back glass separation but also custom engraving, machines are top quality, and everything i receive is always in working order. Patience might be needed for order updates, however, Rewa has finally contacted me to cancel my order I have placed an order on 10th of October. After successful payment, I saw in my order details the status "order placed". This status has not changed until today. As I needed to cancel the order, I have sent an email to Rewa on 13th of October. I did not receive any reply and the status has not changed in order details until 18th of October. Update: Rewa has now contacted me via WhatsApp & Email and the order was successfully cancelled.

Paid online for a ZXW license still waiting.... AVOID ((edit to reply to comment) you replied to me in messenger "im sorry for your wait" then ignored me again - I got the code 24 hours later and have lost a job over it . It should be noted on your site that ZXW is not instant I was paying 16$ more wrongly assuming it was last time i went and got it instant for $50 It is a poor service here sorry )) Paid online for a ZXW license sill waiting a day later. Not replying to any messages apart from one on face book saying "sorry for the delay" 2 hours later still nothing not even a reply. I am not happy and I would not advise to buy ZXW here . It is an email to send a digital copy - why is there a wait and why are you ignoring clients? You just lost me a job and $70 I will no doubt have to wait for to be refunded. I didnt have this issue with the dodgy looking chinese sellers ..... AVOID

Great product and even better customer service. I opened a shop in June, and in November decided to get a Refox Laser machine. I did some research before and determined that Rewa's seems to be a good one. (They are a bit pricey considering the shipping and tariff.) The shipping is much faster than I thought. We got it less than 2 weeks. Product came in well packaged. The machine works perfectly (Though I had to say that the software that comes with it is less than perfect. Some English translations can be improved). Also want to say special thanks to their rep Bonnie. She's been extremely patient with me the whole time and even after we started using it. I had quite some questions regarding the purchase, and she answered them all for me. I'd say her positive attitude offset the negativity on shipping/software.
