Paid online for a ZXW license still waiting.... AVOID ((edit to reply to comment) you replied to me in messenger "im sorry for your wait" then ignored me again - I got the code 24 hours later and have lost a job over it . It should be noted on your site that ZXW is not instant I was paying 16$ more wrongly assuming it was last time i went and got it instant for $50 It is a poor service here sorry )) Paid online for a ZXW license sill waiting a day later. Not replying to any messages apart from one on face book saying "sorry for the delay" 2 hours later still nothing not even a reply. I am not happy and I would not advise to buy ZXW here . It is an email to send a digital copy - why is there a wait and why are you ignoring clients? You just lost me a job and $70 I will no doubt have to wait for to be refunded. I didnt have this issue with the dodgy looking chinese sellers ..... AVOID

5 stars Ignore that other review of the guy who had a bad experience, that's due to DHL, not Rewa per se. Shipping to China is just 1-day. Quality of products is excellent. Often they also have the best price on the market for certain stuff. And if something is defective they'll go above and beyond to solve your issue or they'll send you a replacement free of cost. The customer support is by far the best. Mickey is super helpful, friendly and available to help you whenever you have any doubts or special requests. No complaints at all. I love Rewa.

The best customer service! I ordered a laser machine a year ago. Had a small problem with the on/off switch and they Solved the problem real quick by sending me a new part.
