GBI had an excellent experience I had an excellent experience. I'm a bit of a techno nerd, but couldn't solve this one. I called early on Sunday morning. Got a response in no time and had my PC issue resolved very promptly. Can't ask for anything better. No pushy request for a long time contract, etc. Base on my experience, I very highly recommend.
