GBThis is about the reply I received from… This is about the reply I received from Homesafe. You say you have no control over what Armis does, but Homesafe hired them, so they should do as their employer wants them to do! - or is that what you do want??? For them to screw the customers that have legitimate claims?!?! Because after reading many other reviews, that's the conclusion that I have arrived at. When the Service Professor tech tells them that it is NOT corrosion -the reason for the denial - and it's STILL denied - PLEASE EXPLAIN THAT TO ME!

He explained what was wrong, and showed us the parts that were defective. Marcus then pulled all of the defective parts out and meticulously repaired the drain with brand new diligence, THANK YOU Yes, iI was well pleased with HOME SAFE!!
