Great service! Very quick and seamless process. They sent the shipping label, and a few days after I dropped my broken cell phone off at USPS I got the money through PayPal. It wasn't much, but my phone was broken and I'd rather it get reused for some purpose rather than throwing it away or keeping it in my nightstand. They were good about communicating and received payment very fast.

I've never seen a package take two… I've never seen a package take two weeks to go from one address in the continental US to another. IDK what kind of slow boat shipping you use but I wasn't impressed. No tracking updates. Your website said it was waiting for shipment for that whole time. No answer to my service request email. I mean, I got my money but other than that it was a lame experience.
