So much better than throwing them in a landfill. I really appreciate that they verify that any remaining personal data is removed as well. If you have over 4 items, they pay the shipping. Free shipping on 5 phones… I was unable to print out the online shipping label, so they mailed me a label. Shipping is free if sending 5 or more phones. Also they will destroy your personal information on the phones you donate if you are unable to do it yourself.
