GBDo not buy these cards as gifts We were given a spa choice giftcard as a Christmas present. When trying to use our card online, it didn’t work. We contacted customer service who informed as the card wasn’t active and had to be activated at point of sale. This is a ridiculous process, and not how the majority of gift cards work. We’re now relying on the buyer of the card still having the receipt (fat chance) and having to go back to the shop they bought it from to activate! This gift card is probably one rung up the ladder from a straight up scam.

GBDon’t buy these useless cards I was given spafinder gift cards (2 of them) but there is no place in my area that takes them. I call customer service and she looked online and gave me the same useless information and claimed that there was nothing she could do. I called to ask for help but received nothing (after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes for someone to answer) my advice, buy a gift card from an actual place. This is a scam.

GBWorst gift you can receive is the Spa finder gift card If I could, I would rate 0 stars. I have 4 gift cards and don't know what to do with them. I wanted to buy products from their site, however the total amount cannot exceed the card value and you can pay with only 1 card. If my total order is over $50 I cannot use 2 cards to pay for my order. I reached out to customer service and was told to go to local spa and buy products from them, they may have capability to split the charges. What a nonsense, relying on local/smaller businesses to have such functions and the originators don't. I will scream if someone gifts me another spa finder card. The worst gift. I am sure there is a lot of re-gifting because of that.

GBReissued card After several back and forths with customer service I was sent a single use e-gift card to replace the two multi use cards that were not working. I’m hopeful that the updated gift card will work at the spa for my appointment next month.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. On their website my gift card says it has $50. The spa websites do not recognize it. I called Spa Finder on the website, they routed me to second Spa Finder redemption number to call, who routed me to a third which was a robot and was not able to recognize the card. The worst gift experience, and the opposite of relaxing for the gift recipient. Do not waste your money on this. A class action lawsuit should be filed against this company for scamming American consumers.
