There were somethings missing from my … There were somethings missing from my order. I emailed them about it and still haven't heard anything back.

This box was ok for me This box was ok for me. The onesie was adorable and I'm grateful that ecocentric mom sent a supplemental e-mail asking if we needed a different size. I understand that the value of the onesie was high and so took up a lot of the value of the box, but the additional samples were not useful for me. They were very small and basically things that I won't use. That being said, I do generally really appreciate this sub and the fact that it gives me opportunities to try out eco friendly products. I also appreciate the ease of this subscription and the great customer service.

Recipient didn't receive her boxes I ordered a mystery box and a 3 box gift subscription for a friend, and she has only received 1 of the 4 total boxes so far. Not sure what happened during the first month when the mystery box and box 1 are supposed to go out together- as in why only 1 box got to her & not the other despite the tracking info showing up as "delivered". Furthermore, last month's box was never even delivered to her, it's been sitting with DHL for 2 weeks, and had I not thought to double check myself (since I hadn't heard anything from my friend), I wouldn't even known because I received no updates or questions or information from Egocentricmom or DHL or anyone.

This seems to be a fraudulent site This seems to be a fraudulent site. I placed an order on June 19, and today, on July 7, it has not been dispatched. I just keep getting mails that they have packed the parcel, but not shipped it yet. They dont respond to any emails either
