GBHaven't used the product but... Haven't used the product but... Their customer service was really accommodating! My heart sank when I realized I couldn't cancel my newly placed order and I had to email them. That is a sure death sentence for companies like ThredUp who do this on purpose so you are required to buy the item. However I received an email back very quickly, politely confirming they cancelled my order successfully! That is a great sign from any honest company. I will return if there is a sale!

GBI have been waiting on my order I have been waiting on my order. They have shipped it wrong. This has become a complete nightmare. I would have ordered from another company had I known this would be a mess. I have no information regarding my package. It is currently floating around out there. No response from customer service either.

GBAwful Customer Service, Product Overrated Package was in transit for over 25 days and was marked delivered but I didn't receive it. When I reached out to customer service, they accused me of entering the wrong address, etc. and demanded that I spend my time with USPS, who also did not solve my issue. Their sanitizers were overpriced and highly scented before their "rebrand" and I was looking forward to trying out the new scents. But I will not be doing that now—Over $100 for 10 sanitizers with NON-INSURED shipping is ridiculous. Will never purchase again.

GBLong Shipping Times, Poor Customer Service, Never Received Product This brand has been overly hyped during the hand sanitizer rush. They took advantage of the craze by taking tons of pre-orders that they couldn't deliver on even though they charged for them up-front. Worse, when I inquired about the long wait for shipping online, their social media team was rude and instead of apologizing they simply advised me to cancel my order. I did. I would not purchase from them again online or in-store.

GBDon't purchase from its own website Don't purchase from its own website! I cannot cancel the order; everything was final sale even though I had not opened the package. The customer service was awful. This is how they practice: They deny all the requests and explain that your requests are rejected based on those ridiculous policies made by themselves. :)
