Is this site real? Haven't received my order after almost three weeks. And when I reached out I have not heard back.

Received and used twice Received and used twice. Vibration stopped working periodically and sometimes restarted in either insert . Third day right insert stopped working within minutes of starting and unable to get working again. Unfortunately my right foot problem was the reason I ordered Vibrathotics in the first place. But the only one working is the left. Great idea, but product needs work. Also, a lot to pay for product that is not perfected.

Not all it says it is -

No communication from the company that… No communication from the company that product was shipped. It was going to my parents house and didn’t realize it had been received. In terms of the product my dad has neuropathy and he says that he is not able to feel the vibration on his feet. The product is advertised to help with neuropathy.
