Initially, I was a bit hesitant to make the purchase due to some negative reviews mentioning issues with the quality of oils. However, my concerns were addressed when I contacted the seller about this matter. They were incredibly responsive and assured me that they would send replacements if needed. Feeling reassured, I went ahead and placed my order. When the package arrived, I eagerly checked all the bottles and there were absolutely no issues with leaking or damage. I'm also very satisfied with the quality of the oils i received. The Frankincense and Rhododendron Essential Oil I received smell authentic and pure, just like the way they should. I ordered Kukui Nut Oil in the larger 2 kg pack size and it had no rancid smell I usually encountered with other brands.

Authentic products I have to admit I was surprised at how inexpensive their essential oils are. I have seen companies in the past that sold very cheap essential oils at these prices that were actually synthetic knock-offs. But due to their a lot of positive reviews, I decided to give a try and to my amazement, all the product I ordered actually are actually pure and of good quality. I got the GCMS testing reports of three of their oils - Vetiver, Blue Cypress and Frankincense - to confirm their authenticity. All reports came out clean. Really happy to find them - the brand is reliable, professional, and simple.

Excellent comapny offering authentic products Nature in Bottle has won my loyalty as my go-to destination for all my essential oil needs. I placed two orders on the same day and paid separate shipping charges for each. However, when the tracking details were shared i realized the two orders were combined and were being shipped together. To my pleasant surprise, they also refunded the highest shipping charge of my order! This level of flexibility and customer-first approach is rare to find in most companies. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding customer service and top-notch essential oils.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY...SCAM! I was initially impressed with the professional site, the competitive pricing, the easily visible CoC and accreditation documents and the regular shipping updates however this is where the positive experience ends. The Kakadu Plum oil arrived and was clearly fake. I've had this oil before and this is not it. The scent is overwhelmingly synthetic. In my experience natural oils do not smell like Vimto. Tried to contact the company but, surprise surprise, no response. Anybody doing due diligence on this company hopefully you'll read this before parting with your hard earned money.....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

I have a fairly ordinary experience… I have a fairly ordinary experience with NatureInBottle. The website looks great and they offer a wide range of product and most were competitively priced. Customer service was OK but nothing special, though they did answer my questions. This last purchase though I was a little disappointed to realize that they do not offer smaller sizes of certain products. Everything I did buy was great as always.
