GBFakeout Fakeout? Great products and customer service, but the "list price" vs "our price" thing is sleazy. Why post a fake, inflated price at all? That's the only reason my rating for this site is 4 stars instead of 5.

GBCoastal scents is a great brand some… Coastal scents is a great brand some of the best shadows I have ever used and the prices are very affordable. compared to hight end brand coastal in always go for my coastal scents shadow the singles are my face since I can pick out what I want and nothing goes to waste

GBFrustrating customer service and package was late I live in the UK so shipping from the US was $14, excluding customs fees. The high price of shipping was understandable since it was 5 to 10 day shipping. But a day before the package was due to arrive on my doorstep it had still not left the United States. I queried this with coastal scents and they replied stating that delays occur around holidays and with large orders. However at just $46 my order wasn't exceptionally large. After the delivery due date I used the track my parcel site and they were stating an expected delivery of 20th July, which would be 6 working days after it was due to arrive. I emailed on the 14th (2 days after the package was due to arrive) to ask where my shipment was and that I wanted a full or part refund for my postage since I don't expect to pay $14 for the package not to arrive on time. The package luckily arrived before the 20th, however it was still late and unacceptable for coastal scents to ignore my query. Furthermore, the package arrived with £16 of customs payment attached, understandably this is not coastal scents problem however they could cut £8 off this by giving the option to prepay my customs amount, as £8 is charged by Royal Mail for "handling" as the package needs to be processed so that I can pay the £8 of customs. Would be a nice idea for Coastal Scents to help avoid unnecessary costs to their customers by offering this option during payment, especially as the customs charge is easy enough to work out. All in all, not impressed with them for ignoring my query for over a week and the fact that my parcel was late, and I will not be purchasing from them again. Edit: They have finally replied to me however they are now trying to state that shipping time to the UK is 7-21 business days, however when paying it clearly states "Shipping address: *insert my address*", then immediately below it states "Shipping method: 5-10 days". This shows that my address is considered the final shipping address and as such the shipping method refers to my address, not the shipping company as they keep trying to persuade me. Furthermore, they keep trying to blame customs for the delay when I have clearly stated that customs had the parcel from the 13th which is past the deadline for it to arrive. The customer service is dreadful, it took them 11 days to respond despite their webpage saying customer service is open 24/7. This is absolutely dreadful standards and to advertise shipping as 5-10 days (not even business/working days I might add) and then try to claim that this is for delivery to the shipping centre is absolute rubbish. I will NEVER be ordering from Coastal Scents again as they cannot admit errors they made and they are trying to worm their way out of their own errors.

GBCustomer service here is horrible Customer service here is horrible! I ordered my items on November 23 and I have yet to receive any shipping information from them. I swear this is the last time on going to order from them! I've reached out to their customer service via email and all I've gotten was an automated response!
