Outstanding Customer Service Ava provided outstanding customer service from ordering the sauna to processing the shipment and answering questions. Truly amazing responsiveness, which is totally rare these days. Great job and we can’t wait to receive our sauna.

Awesome experience! Any Sauna has been extremely helpful answering all of my questions and delivering an awesome product to my doorstep! I am very excited to use my new sauna. Ava from Any Sauna made sure to find an answer to everything question that I had. She went above and beyond to search for specific answers about the product I was asking about. I have many allergies and I wanted to be sure that I was purchasing the correct sauna. Ava reassured me that everything was natural and that I wouldn’t have any problems with the sauna that I bought. Highly recommended!

Loving it... After receiving the shipping information it took some coordinating to get the item delivered thanks to the robot-like employee I dealt with at the delivery company, curbside. We had to have it loaded on our pickup truck and bring it up to the house - more than fifty feet and it was raining cats and dogs :-( . With that said the item was received in great condition, packaging was excellent. The directions were followed with the help of a youtube video. Once you get every piece lined up the entire sauna literally falls into place....but be sure every piece lines up perfectly, or you will have some trouble. Once the setup iss complete you jut need to sit back and enjoy good health and good feelings. Love it. Get the back rests if you can, they help a lot.
