GBScam: They're "On Pause"?? Give me a break. Terrible customer service. They say they'll give you your money back, but do not respond when emailed. There isn't even an option to cancel your account on their website. I've been waiting for a response for nearly a month now. I accidentally created an account thinking it was comparable to Curology, got sent to the sign up page directly from another site that didn't specify the distinction; my bad, no big deal though, right? Wrong. Reached out to them & didn't even receive a response. It's been nearly a month & I haven't even received the services they offer. It takes nearly a month to create a plan? Don't even bother. Update: My requests to cancel my account have yet to completely confirmed, though the $10 for an additional month of services I was NOT being provided was refunded (but only after contacting my bank & leaving bad reviews everywhere). I've yet to receive any sort of services from them & all the sudden my login home page has removed the note that said: "We've got your consultation and are working hard on it! An in-depth report from your esthetician will be sent in 12 hours!" (this was on the page for over a month) & Instead shows a "Start Consultation" button. I have screenshots of this crap Glowism. I completed the original consultation on July 7th & never received a report in all this time, it's now August 19th. Give me my money back. Update: August 30th Received a highly unprofessional response on Facebook (of all places) about how I shouldn't have been charged because they're business has "been on pause", but didn't receive any acknowledgement whatsoever via email, confirmation that my account was cancelled & will never be charged again, nor any kind of refund or update about my original $25 transaction. The site is showing that I submitted on the 7th of July for a consultation, along with payment, but that no consultation was provided & now the site is suddenly prompting me to start a consultation as if it never happened to begin with. Yeah, no. Give me my money back & cancel my account Glowism. Loving the fact that nearly all your previous reviews were submitted by invited users. On pause? More like your services are entirely unnecessary & redundant. Stop piggybacking on companies that offer a real product. Final Update: So after submitting a full fraud review to my bank for, "Services Not Rendered", I received my $25 refund from MY BANK on Oct. 3rd. THREE MONTHS... This matter took 3 months to close out & Glowism provided almost ZERO customer service or clarity during that entire period save a single, unprofessional, response/excuse on Facebook (just to save their "public image", I'm sure) & a refund for the illegitimate membership fee. Do yourself a HUGE favor, don't use this company or any like it. If you need real help for your skin use Curology or Dermatica (I recommend the latter if you have a synthetic ascorbic acid allergy) or go see a Dermatologist. Glowism didn't even use Dermatologists, they used estheticians with credentials from God knows where. If you want a more tailored experience with tons of advice & don't have an allergy like mine, use Curology! They offer one consultation per month & it's more than enough!
