GBCarefully review order contents & your bill! Carefully review order contents and watch your bill. In Feb. I ordered 4 cans of hairspray. Order and shipping email confirmations confirm this. However, I received only three. Luckily, the packing slip inside box stated 3 as well. I contacted them via contact form on website and email a total of about 15 times before I had to dispute my credit card. Customer Service acknowledged the discrepancy and stated on 3/2 a refund was issued for 1 can of $5.64. About 3/9, nothing. I write, they assure me refunded. A week later, same. Another week... same. They finally just stopped responding so I was forced to dispute the charge for this amount having their email acknowledgement the bank is the one who returned my money. I am just left with the feeling, this was intentional. Figure if one out of three don't look carefully or follow-up, great profit for them.
