When someone wants to know something as simple as "Where is my order" and the best you can do is say "LOOK IT UP YOURSELF" use the 25 diget tracking number. THAT'S NOT COSTUMER SERVICE! GBEar Candles Great price for ear candles. But Ear candles were much thinner than normal. Haven't tried them yet.
