GBDon’t hesitate. Just get it. I had been on the fence for a while about getting it. Then I got this as a gift and I love it. I wish I had gotten it earlier. It’s been day one and I can feel the muscles getting some action after following the protocol. It’s legit. I know this will make a difference after being consistent in the use of it. I am excited to see how it affects my facial structure. An added bonus is the incredible customer service. They are SO on it. I highly recommend this.

GBCustomer support is amazing Customer support is amazing! My package was marked delivered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I messaged the customer service team and had a reply with a new order number for *FREE* before the end of the day. Will be reporting back once my replacement package arrives and I get a month or so of use out of the product.

GBAVOID THIS COMPANY This company is dishonest and their product is ineffective. I bought the intermediate jaw exerciser. It took ages to arrive, and when it did it was packed in a clear plastic bag, no label, no instructions- nothing. I reached out to the company and they linked a video that said to boil the device for 20 seconds to mold the teeth inserts. I did that and a) the inserts did not mold to my teeth, and b) the device lost ALL of its resistance. I have asked the company for a replacement or return in over a dozen emails, to which they continuously gave me the runaround. They advertise 100% money back guarantee which is clearly a lie. They also addressed an email towards the end of this chain 'Hello Suqu' which is b**** in Russian. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, as I will continue to do for any social media company that is misleading in any way moving forward. I thought with Huberman's name backing them they would be trustworthy but I was wrong.
