From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and positive energy that set the tone for the entire retreat. The first thing that caught my attention was the organic food that was served throughout the retreat. As someone who is health-conscious, I was delighted to see that all the meals were made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The flavors were incredible, and I felt nourished from the inside out. The massages and healings were some of the best I've ever experienced. The skilled therapists worked their magic, releasing the tension in my body and leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The meditations and yoga sessions were equally impactful, providing me with a sense of inner peace and mental clarity that I hadn't felt in a long time. What sets this retreat apart is the tools that they provide you with to take home. These tools are designed to help you continue your healing journey long after the retreat has ended. I received a new phone with various applications and tools that have helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay centered in my daily life. I also can't forget to mention the luxurious transportation that was provided. The new suburban SUV was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of legroom and space for all of our belongings. The smooth drive allowed me to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery during the ride to and from the retreat. Overall, my experience at Healing Body Energy Retreat was truly life-changing. I feel like a different person from when I first arrived, and I credit the retreat for helping me find a deeper sense of self-awareness and inner peace. Every single person involved with Healing Body Energy really cares on a deep personal level. I was in such a tough place when I found them, it has been the most profound experience I've ever had. The company is pure, they curate a really well thought out experience. I feel so connected to myself and am living in true happiness since I have been back. I wish I could give them 20/10 stars!!

Exactly What I Needed! This truly was a sacred experience. It was definitely a challenge to introspect, and at times painful, but reclaiming our narrative put mine into perspective. I am armed with greater self-confidence and feel more comfortable than ever before to be my authentic self. Louise was an absolute pleasure to be around, a masterful facilitator, a great listener, and beyond all else, a beautiful soul. She is extremely open and nonjudgmental. She was (somehow - by magic?) able to create this truly sacred, safe and trusting environment. Louise was able to inspire us to look past our past and help guide us into rediscovering what it is our hearts yearn for. This retreat is a beautiful gift you can give yourself. To allow yourself time to introspect. To be reunited with your intuition. To rediscover yourself, your passions. It’s a difficult journey, but well worth it. I Found Peace I found peace, connection, strength and validation this week. The setting could not have been more magical or more conducive to soul-searching, serenity and reflection. The exercises were well-balanced with sharing, and the circles were well-balanced with other activities that enabled inner and outer self-expression. The healers are so intuitive, patient, and receptive. They know exactly how to give people a safe place, challenge their mindsets without pushing too hard. They really see each heart and it’s amazing to watch them respond, give support, and show love. Thank you for asking me to question my self-doubt, rethink my resistance, challenge my interpretations of what is good, bad, black, or white. Thank you telling me to erase “perhaps”, “maybe” and “sorry” from our speech. If you are feeling lost and you need to see beauty inside and outside yourself again, embark on this journey. It only requires you to be present and bring a pen. The rest is up to you as far as what you want to express, share and experience. If you’re brave enough to give it your all, you will be changed."

Isaias was incredibly gifted in facilitating a powerful and creative circle in which we were supported to dive deep into our souls. He held a safe space, while honoring individual strengths, gifts, weaknesses, blockages. He is a genuine leader with a kind, loving way of leading and a true passion . Healing Body Energy Retreat is a magical retreat. Watching the glow of the sunrise during meditation and yoga is pure magic. The fire ceremony was such an incredible once in a lifetime experience. I am coming away with inspiration, passion, gratitude and love. I will hold this experience in my heart, always. Thank you for the life change."
