As I have only been using some of the products to date & only for a little over a week I have not yet noticed any huge differences. Hope to use Amazing soak today. Still need to learn more on prill water and if I can use heated up as I get most of my water through drinking hot peppermint tea & cinnamon tea. There is just so much to learn. I do believe my digestion is Improving but too soon to give a decent review on anything yet. The Bright eyes stung just a little for myself but my husband had a lot of pain with it.
