Customer service is great - imperative to do business with a company Initial issue of delivery mix up by USPS, company responded immediately. Then needed a small part replaced, company responded immediately. In today's world this is the exception, not the rule. Would definitely purchase again b/c of great customer service.

Don't bother Don't bother: It's less effective & slower than a vape and it's expensive. Plus, you're limited to only buying their cartridges. Nothing else fits. Customer services was unhelpful.

Nice design but bad vape Nice design, but really hard to vape. Almost no smoke for both relax and uplift. Kinda beats the purpose if you can't inhale much. Kinda produces more anxiety trying to get a good puff than what it actually relaxes. Especially for the price point.

There are numerous aspects of this product that I appreciate: it charges quickly and has a long-lasting battery, I adore its multiple burn options, and the automated functions are fantastic. The sole reason for my 4-star rating is that it emits an unpleasant odor during use.
