Great experience While I could write forever about the sauna that Christopher helped me order, I want to use this platform to describe the process of working with Christopher and his company, Sauna Cloud. Everything so far has been great! It shipped and arrived in very good shape. The product took two of us about 90 minutes to assemble. The speakers in the sauna sound great and connect quickly to my iPhone via BlueTooth. I have not tried the aux plug-in function yet, but there isn't really a need with the wireless. The unit heats up really quickly and I am sweating really well in 15 minutes! For almost a year I had really been missing my post-workout sauna sits at my local gym. Now I have this at home, whenever I want! I am not the type of person to usually spend on a large purchase like this, but it was SOOOO worth it. I would highly recommend Christopher and his company Sauna Cloud. The Sanctuary 3 has been getting daily use and one of these days I will get some proper sauna towels. It arrived on time, and the assembly was fairly easy for me and my wife to handle. In a few hours, we were up and running and have used it everyday since. We love the bluetooth connectivity and built in speakers, along with the sleek glass front and ceiling - fits our style and definitely passes the quality test. I had an average experience with… I had an average experience with SaunaCloud.com. Their services were pretty middling and didn't really stand out as being anything spcecially good or bad. I found the website quite uninspiring and while the prices were okay, I wasn't impresed with the overall shopping exerience. I wouldnt say it was terrible, but I certianly wouldn't go back again either. Definately not a five star outing for me.
