VERY BAD TECH SUPPORT SPAMMED like crazy - had tons of bouncebacks to our addresses - Tech Support had NO idea & couldn't even understand the problem. We have 20+ domains with this lot - would NEVER use them again - the one time we needed help - they were useless! going to transfer our domains away from them! I've also sent this to [email protected]

You have not tried to respond You have not tried to reach out to me. I have copy of bank and email to prove you're guilty but I'm not willing to publish online. You think you're smart asking personal details online. Only fools do this. I'll copy part of bank statement to prove you're thieves

They don't let you easily cancel… They don't let you easily cancel without calling them first then someone on the phone will do their best to prevent you from leaving. It's better to move to the cloud now, The shared hosting has permission level is set to medium preventing you from hosting the most basic website using the standard microsoft dlls. Its now time to move everything away from them.

Stubborn, difficult and would rather use a debt collector than sort out the problem!! So, SO bad for customer service. We had a club website and the web guy left and 6 years later the account ran out. We received a letter saying money was overdrawn on the account so we went to pay it off and renew the subscription but because we didn't have the details we couldn't. Spent 6 months calling them trying to sort it out but we never could actually pay it off because they were being ridiculously stubborn after we gave ample proof that it was our account, through the university. So then they send DEBT COLLECTORS to get the owed money despite the fact that they REFUSED to allow us to repay it!!!!! NEVER use this company. They will screw you over just because they can.

HEADLESS CHICKENS Headless chickens in the context that the minions employed by this business to deal with problems scrat about in the sand whilst no head of department ( assuminig any exist ) will speak to its customers. Alleged Customer services seem to be run by a few faceless individuals who obejctiive in life is to piss off its clients. Avoid at all costs.
