Great Customer Support My Master Spas hot tub was not maintaining it's temperature. Called customer support, they were able to troubleshoot my hot tub over the phone, shipped my replacement part right away and was able to get my tub running again in a few days for under $50. These guys are great!

Great support from Customer Service Received my free standing cover stand and cover lifter with hydraulic assist. Assembly went exactly as indicated on the literature provided, but the pics are very hard to see on the docs. Line drawings ala IKEA would be much easier to see (and would save ink). Lifter works perfectly! Initial order came in two boxes, but I only saw one tracking number on the original e-mail receipt/confirmation. I inquired to Master Spa Parts, and they got right back to me with the other tracking info and the second item arrived the next day as indicated in their follow-up.
