Hopeless Can't change your account password without contacting the non-existent support. Report a problem to support and expect a response in two weeks at best. Facility to upload receipts on the web portal fails frequently. Facility to upload receipts from the Android app fails. Period. AI consistently guesses the incorrect country for most of the transactions. If only it were possible to rate with ZERO stars. Save yourself the heartache and the significant cost, this is a hopelessly delivered and supported product.

I cannot believe they are in business... I cannot believe they are in business - WORST user interface, worst customer service. I booked a hotel for work - keep trying to cancel - won't work. Now on hold for 32 minutes and counting - I have a meeting, this is ridiculous - I am going to escalate internally - if there is a competitor out there, I wish we could switch to them. Most inefficient system I have ever used.

Zero stars.... Zero stars..... the stress is unbelievable! "The amount you entered is greater than the allocated amount" NO it really isn't! Companies using these jokers are creating headaches for their hired help!! I have spent too much time on this. Very close to saying no to venues who use this absolute trash system. Extremely unhappy and urge EVERYONE to avoid like the plague

Needs improvement I use it for my work expenses at my current company and honestly this platform is laughable. It seems like time stopped for them 15 years ago. Not intuitive. Overcomplicated. Forces repetitive inputs. And it never remembers my user name (and yes the toggle and cookies are on).

Utter misery every single time you have… Utter misery every single time you have to use it. Leads to circling of reports back and forth for eternity over inane details, huge interruptions in work responsibilities, out-of-pocket expenses, interrogation and denial of basic work supplies, and disproportion so that rote work expenses (ink for a printer, lights, insurance) become more time consuming than the core responsibilities these expenses are for. Absolute nightmare. The shadow work of a system like this is a kind of sanctioned theft from employees. Avoid at all costs. Every time I have to use it this system ruins my work flow and my day.
