1st time user. I received a speed very quickly. It's the first time I ever tried. I cannot say if it is the best or not since I have no experience at what is good or not. I am satisfied I received an answer and I now have something to use as a baseline for me to go by. The speed tracker works great. Gives upload and download speeds.
