Every single time I use Coupa to sign… Every single time I use Coupa to sign up for payment from a client it drives me insane. It is illogical, full of errors and glitches, throws in US phone numbers to mess you up and - in short - deserves to be on a bonfire of its own. Today's special was the online chat bot decided to just flash before disappearing before I could choose one of problem types. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hard to fathom Found this really frustrating and time consuming. It's written in some weird hybrid language, instructions are meaningless, form filling is repetitive and when you've finally completed everything you have no idea if anything has been registered or received by the client.

If your outside of U.S If your outside of U.S. your better off having your payment sent by courier pigeon. Takes a week to move payment. I'm betting they are up to some over night loan racket with funds that should be sent to their clients suppliers on time but hold for 48 plus hours to use the money.

Really poor on-line help advise Really poor on-line help advise. Now have an account locked out for connections requests for 30 days, and there is nothing they can do! It was due to their advise! Also, they are unable to do a simple thing as update my email address without me having to contact all my customers and get them all at once to simultaneously change their ends and send new connection requests. Absolutely stupid!
