Good luck trying to talk to a real person Good luck trying to talk to a real person. I have been trying to reach someone for months. I have been billed monthly and the bot tells me to log in and cancel account. I don’t have an account as I cancelled it a few days after signing up July 11 2023. None of my emails are valid. I am going to have to have CC cancelled again and dispute it as fraud. Very frustrating to say the least! It is just a bad as trying to reach a live person at UBER.

Send a reminder email before charging the card on the auto-renewal date! There is no possibility to turn off auto-renewal. If you leave your Visa card in their system, and most likely you will, they will charge you on the renewal date without sending a reminder ahead of time. Decent software vendors send a reminder email before charging the Visa card EVEN IF auto-renewal is turned on.

Would give it a 5, but bad service agents The product is great most of the time, but when it's bad or has issues, their customer service department is horrendous or non-existent, especially if you are a free user or an invitee. I was not a paid user, so I don't know if they priortize paid customers vs. free ones or not, but I am sure they do.

Zoom let down Zoom is arguably the best video conferencing platform. However, as a company that contracts with customers who sign upto their subscription, its probably the worst company for customer service and relations. I subscribed for a few years and decided last year to stop/pause my account - pausing was an option offered by Zoom. It was restarted on 29th March - I was told about the restart date when I paused, but the restart was without any notification and certainly without my authorisation and a payment was taken on 29th March. I have since cancelled my subscription and I'm chasing a refund of the March 29th payment. Their so called customer-facing website is a complete waste of time - takes you round-and-round in circles. A request for a call falls on deaf ears - extremely poor customer service which should be illegal!!! Any help will be much appreciated.

If you want attendance of meetings don't use zoom Yet another battle trying to join a Zoom meeting. As usual I bounce between Open and Launch meeting (with fingers crossed) until something finally happens, then it wants to update itself very slowly. Only 15 minutes late for that meeting as a result. The next one I can't get into at all as its one where Zoom is meant to link to Eventbrite - only as usual it doesn't. I am now at the stage of boycotting Zoom. I look forward to it being replaced by something that works. Currently Teams is far better.
