GBRun away from this company This company is not one you want to deal with. They are all about getting you into their billing system, but have zero support for their product. And good luck cancelling. As soon as you try to cancel, they miraculously have people available to tell you that you can't cancel. Very very unfortunate business decision we made to do business with this company

GRThey are Scam To be honest, I don’t have day-to-day experience with the software. My marketing department used it, and they claimed it’s not working well. So we stopped using it 6 months before the year term that we paid for. When my team asked to cancel before the renew date, we were told that were supposed to do it 30 days in advance. Yes, it was written in small print in the agreement, I plead guilty for not reading it, but it is Sas software. They can shut it down with no consequence at any time. I asked them kindly to be flexible and they had no interest they were perfectly happy to charge me for an entire year even if I stopped using their software 6 months before. I asked them why they needed the 30 days to shut down a sas service, and they told me because they wanted 30 days to change my mind. Not some legitimate reason like transitioning people or something. These guys are a scam and are perfectly happy to take advantage of small print. I recommend avoiding that company because they will find a way to suck more than they deserve with no shame.

GBPoor customer experience Like many companies these days, Outreach.io makes it difficult to cancel their service. The cancelation process is buried and ultimately requires written notice. And if you miss the cancelation window, they say there is nothing they can do and charge you anyway. When companies rely on trickery rather than excellence to retain customers, buyer beware.

GBThe companie has no respect for… The companie has no respect for employees. They hire, move you across country and fire you before you are even settled. They treat employees this badly just think about how they treat you as a customer
