Do not recommend. Books are always “available soon” yet never are… As with most of the reviews on here Everand is very frustrating to use. I like to re-read a lot of books and every time I try to click on an author whose books I’ve read before it always says unavailable. For two months now I can’t access the author’s I want. Even when I do a search for known authors, the books don’t come up when I know they have titles available. Apparently they’re just not available to me. I don’t know why people would pay for a subscription with so many penalties. I tried to reach out to customer service asking why I was constantly waiting to read books and got a very long-winded and unreadable email which to this day I do not understand. Once I was halfway through a book I’m when the book became unavailable. What is that? How can you do that to people that are paying for service? One of the main reasons I was happy to pay for this was because I could read a whole series from the first book to the last. But you get one or two books in and they suddenly say it’s unavailable for another month. Just cancelled my subscription. Will be looking elsewhere for someone to take my money.

whole genres blocked I loved listening to books through Scribd (now Everand) but now I am unable to listen to the next book in my series. Its a dramatised adaptation of the series. Each book has a few parts (last two have had 2 parts to each book) the next book has 1 of 3 parts and although only half a way through the month I am no longer able to listen to the series. I try other books I might like and they are locked out too. The whole romance or fantasy area is blocked for half a month even though I've paid for a whole month. Disappointing and looking around.

Useless I was very satisfied with scribd. With Everand there is suddenly a restriction. Why is that? I'm not going to pay for a subscription and have to wait weeks for a book to become available. Completely uninteresting. I still decide what I want to read and don't let myself be spoon-fed some garbage. I canceled my subscription immediately. That's another way to drive customers away.

Good service, Missing some big titles though The Service its self is really good. The price is fair, I haven't experienced the issues the other users seem to have had. But, there is a heck of a lot of books and authors that aren't on the service that you'd expect to be. Very few Stephen Kings for example, especially in audio book form. My request, if an employee reads this; add audiobooks for Stephen kings best and most famous works. Add Artemis and The Martian by Andy Weir. I am dyslexic so reading is hard, I very much enjoy listening on my drive to and from work. Your service provides that, so I am very happy with it. I just have lots of books I've always wanted to read/ listen to. Thanks, Jack

I miss scribed :'-( Similar to other reviews. Constantly crashing during books, stops audio but timer continues, have to rewind to get it to start again or it moves forward without audio. Sometimes 10x or more in a single chapter. Have tried every suggestion from tech support, who responded at first but now they seem to be ignoring the problem. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, shut down, reboot, log out/in, updated latest, on and on. Never had a single problem with scribed for years. Problems from the start with everand. No compensation for malfunctioning product. Am considering giving up my subscription and getting a library card just to access the audiobooks, I'm told the selection is quite good and it's free. Listening to a book as I type this and has cut audio/had to rewind 3 times...
